Perfect location, central and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Great facilities, amazing power shower and comfortable bed. Well-equipped kitchen. Overall fantastic experience.

Helpful staff at the property, new-fashioned rooms. Setting next to the centre of Bologna and the main sights in the historic centre. Btw, located very close to the center. Plenty of places to eat nearby, including Ristorante Pizzeria Nino. Easy check in. Nice sleep on the very clean bed. Perfectly clean bathroom there.
Bad free Wi-Fi.

We liked this property, it had good price. We had a fine stay in Bologna not far from market, the train station, centre of Bologna. Liked having Il Cortile Cafe within 5 minutes walk away.

I loved best possible and absolutely perfect location!!!
I stayed for 4 nights and it was good. Rooms were immaculate and outstanding with 1 queen-size bed and 1 sofa bed.

Stayed at a great location, with clean and modern interior. It was close to everything, yet fairly quiet. the rooms were small but nicely appointed. I loved having access to laundry facilities. Having a kitchen with new dishes, pots, and pans was a bonus.
The shower was roomy and we had contactless entry for added safety and convenience. Cons: No complaints.

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city. It was so convenient to be able to walk to the main square and the shopping streets within minutes. The room itself was spacious and had a coffee maker, which was a nice touch. I also appreciated the easy check-in and check-out process, as well as the laundry facilities in the basement. The pin key code system made me feel safe and there was no worry about losing a physical key.
There were a few things that could have been better. It would have been nice to have those essentials readily available.

The apartment had a great location, just a short walk away from the city center. It was really convenient for exploring all the attractions on foot. The modern design of the apartment was impressive, and it had all the necessary amenities.
The bed was not very comfortable. there were some minor issues with cleanliness, with a thick layer of dust in hard-to-reach places.

We got great value for our money, with a comfortable bed and amazing power shower. The location was perfect, within walking distance of nice restaurants and shops. The staff were super friendly and helpful.
The food for breakfast could have been better, maybe more variety.

had a great time in this city break accommodation. Loved the well-equipped kitchen and stylish design. The location was a key factor, just a few minutes away from the main shopping street and supermarkets. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing swift responses through WhatsApp.
There were a few downsides. The room cleaning service only happened before and after our stay, so no fresh towels or sheets were provided during our visit.
